To spite the gods is a terrible proposition. When Cre'ant did so, he did not taste retribution for many moons and many tides. It wasn't until he was at his most vulnerable, travelling alone through the blizzardy North, when the gods struck. Each snowflake is unique, and in that moment each snowflake was also transformed into metal. These dice were crafted from that exact metal.
