Processing Times

Can I change the address on my order?

You can change the delivery address for an order until it has been processed. Send an email too support@onlycrits.com to have your address adjusted ASAP. Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped out from our warehouse, we are no longer able to change the delivery address. With that being said, local post offices are capable of changing the delivery address, with a redirecting process. You can reach out to support@onlycrits.com for assistance with package redirection.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! 

 

Where are you shipping from?

We currently are a small business based out of Canada, but at the moment we can not afford to order bulk products from our manufacturer to a warehouse within Canada/USA. (Which is our plan for the future) Right now, we work closely with our manufacturers in China to make sure all of the products are up to our standards! With that being said, the shipping times are unfortunately a little longer.

 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
