Frequently asked questions

When am I billed, and when does my box ship? +
You're billed when you subscribe. And we're not like other mystery box companies that make you wait for an end-of-month shipping window. Your box ships as soon as you order.
Is shipping really free? +
Yes, everywhere we ship. It's baked into the price, so the number on this page is the number you pay. No surprises at checkout.
In the Premium box, do I get metal or sharp edge? +
Either one. Every Premium box has a full premium set, gem-cut sharp edge or solid metal, and which one lands is part of the mystery.
What's in the Deluxe box? +
Two full dice sets, each in its own mystery box (one premium, one Classic resin), plus a table accessory and a bonus trinket. The accessory changes every month, so it stays a surprise.
Can I skip a month or cancel? +
Yes, both, from your account page in about two clicks. No emails, no phone calls, no guilt trip.
Will I ever get a duplicate set? +
No. We track every set we've sent you and make sure each month is new to your collection.
How do I get my free adventures? +
Your first order comes with two. One is added to your cart automatically (you can swap it for another if you like), and the second is added to your order after checkout, with the download link in your order confirmation email. More loot unlocks at loyalty milestones.
What if I don't like my dice? +
Try them out. If you're not 100% happy, return them within 60 days and we'll cover it.
Will the dice look as good as the photos? +
Yes. The review photos above are real subscriber boxes, and every set ships with a lifetime warranty.
I subscribed before the new boxes. Does anything change for me? +
Nope. Your current plan, price, and box stay exactly as they are.

Abraham I. ★★★★★

"Very nice metal dice. The only complaint i really have is that 1 and 7 are hard to tell apart, and 6 and 0 for this particular set. It is very nice dice nonetheless."

Ken N.

"Due to an error, that has been corrected now, I received the wrong dice. Petra has shown amazing customer service and has another set on the way."
