By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

To manage the Affiliate Program, we need to collect certain information from you. This includes:

  • Contact Data: Email address, website URL, and mailing address (if applicable).
  • Financial Data: Payment details required to process your commissions (e.g., PayPal email address or Store Credit account details).

We use your information solely for the purpose of running a successful Affiliate Program. This includes:

  • Calculating and paying your commissions.
  • Communicating with you about program updates, new products, or promotions.
  • Monitoring compliance with our Affiliate Agreement.
  • Third-Party Processing: We use UpPromote, a third-party affiliate marketing system, to process your data. By joining, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by UpPromote in accordance with their service standards.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. However, we do share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the program:

  • Affiliate Tracking Platform (UpPromote): We use UpPromote to manage links, track cookies, and calculate commissions. Your data is stored within this platform.
  • Payment Processors: We share necessary details with payment providers (e.g., PayPal) to issue your commission payouts.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Affiliate Program relies on cookies to track referrals.

  • What are Cookies? “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. When a customer clicks your link, a file is sent to their browser.
  • Why we use them: Because cookies allow you to take advantage of the Affiliate marketing system’s essential features (tracking your commissions), we require that customers have them turned on to credit you properly.
  • Tracking Limitations: If a user creates a purchase on a browser that blocks cookies, or if they clear their cookies before purchasing, the referral may not track. Only Crits is not responsible for missed commissions due to user-side cookie settings.

5. Customer Data Ownership

Any customer who purchases from Only Crits through your affiliate link is deemed a customer of Only Crits.

  • We retain sole ownership of all customer data (names, emails, order history) collected during the transaction.
  • You do not have rights to the customer’s personal data, and you may not solicit these customers for other purposes.

6. Children

The Affiliate Program is not intended for children. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we update or correct your information via your Affiliate Dashboard. If you wish to delete your data entirely, please contact us to terminate your affiliate account.

8. Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We are not required to provide individual notice of changes. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
